Project Details

This project was a complete refurbishment of a beautiful old three storey house. Before we started the refurbishment we had some old and redundant extensions to demolish and new ones to build in a style more befitting the character of the main building. We had a porch designed and built to blend in with the original building style, it really gave the frontage the wow factor! All the windows were replaced with hand made sliding box sash frames made by our specialist joinery company. The house was then fully re-wired and an up to date plumbing system fitted throughout. At the rear we constructed a new extension featuring a large lantern which flooded the new kitchen area with light. The whole house was re-plastered and freshly painted by our expert decorators. We then carried out the landscaping which included a new driveway and four paths.

The refurbished building won praise from the client and surrounding neighbours alike. A tired looking building transformed into a truly beautiful manor house.
