Project Details
This extensive conversion started with the removal of the existing roof. This was replaced with a steel framed structure which housed a new 3rd storey within the loft area. An ‘L’ shaped single storey extension was then added to the side and rear elevations of the house. A double storey extension was constructed on the opposite side of the existing building. The house also received a new functional chimney and was refurbished throughout.
