This project involved the construction of a two storey timber framed extension to the side of the property. The extension provided two new bedrooms and an additional bathroom. A modern single storey extension with lantern was added to the kitchen. The house was refurbished throughout and a new patio and drystone walling was added at the rear.
Extensively landscaped garden in Sevenoaks, Kent
An extensive landscaping project transforming a well appointed garden in Sevenoaks. The garden, which already had impressive views across the Kent countryside was further enhanced with various landscaped features. The project included construction of a large heated swimming pool, an extensive Indian sandstone patio area and lawn. Showers for the swimming pool were built into the Indian sandstone walls. A hot tub, barbecue area and stylish black slate fountain were also part of the design.
Remove Roof for Extra Floor Space, Sevenoaks
The original roof was completely removed. A new roof was then constructed in such a way as to create extra floor space required for three new bedrooms and a luxury bathroom.
Grade II Listed House Loft Conversion
The house, being grade II listed, required strict adherence to regulations when converting the loft. A new high specification bathroom with a free-standing bath, walk-in shower and under floor heating was constructed. We also fully refurbished the existing bedroom and added a new changing area.
